Considering that it was a very distant location, within the municipality of Rio Negrinho, approximately 1 hour away from the barracks, the support of Arcanjo-03, based in Blumenau, was requested to provide the first assistance to the victim in the incident. , which promptly confirmed its displacement. At 5:05 pm he landed at the scene, realizing that it was actually a tree branch that had fallen under the cervical region of a rural worker, a 40-year-old man, who had been cutting down trees moments before.
According to a report from the Archangel-03 team, the victim was found with a complete absence of vital signs, and was pronounced dead at the scene by the aircraft’s doctor.
