Of those arrested, 17 were arrested due to an arrest warrant, five of which were already in the penitentiary system, and one was in the act for drug trafficking.

PCPR delegate Rodrigo Cruz says that there were arrests in the act during the operation.

“In addition, four people were arrested in the act, three of whom had an arrest warrant and one was arrested while carrying out a search and seizure warrant. Drugs were found on him”, he explains.

During the action, 14 search and seizure warrants were also executed, in which 159 grams of marijuana, eleven cell phones, card machines and money were located.

In the investigations, which began in June 2023, a criminal organization was identified in which several individuals were active, including teenagers.

“Among these prisoners there were managers, there were those who carried out transport, some are related to commerce, the sale of ammunition. They are all involved with the criminal organization and each had a role within that organization”, highlights the delegate.
