State parks will be operating normally during the Holy Week holiday. Pedra Azul, Paulo Cesar Vinha, Itaúnas, Forno Grande and Cachoeira da Fumaça are an option for free outdoor leisure on Good Friday (29th) and Easter Sunday (31st). Visitors, however, should pay attention to the opening hours and rules of each park.
The Cachoeira da Fumaça, Itaúnas and Paulo Cesar Vinha parks are open from 8am to 5pm. No appointment necessary. Anyone visiting Cachoeira da Fumaça State Park should pay attention to the condition of the access road, which has some slip spots.
The Forno Grande and Pedra Azul parks are open from 8 am to 4 pm. At Pedra Azul, access is limited to 150 people per day, with prior booking required on Agenda ES (https://agenda.es.gov.br/).
It is also necessary to book in advance on Agenda ES for climbs to the summit of Pedra Azul and the peak of Forno Grande. The use of barbecue grills on the premises, as well as access to pets, is not permitted. Complete information about each park at: https://iema.es.gov.br/visiteosparquesestaduais
In case of rain, visits may be suspended at any time, to ensure the safety of visitors.
