A rainwater drainage system broke this Tuesday afternoon (26/3) in Bairro Capelinha, in Betim, in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, as a result of heavy rain, forming a “waterfall”. Nobody was injured.
According to Betim City Hall, eight houses on Rua Caratinga were compromised, leaving families homeless, who sought temporary housing in relatives’ homes. Despite this, all of them were included in the Housing Assistance Program, stated the municipal administration.
