The documentary about the life of Davidthe winner of Big Brother Brasil 24, got a release date and title. The film will be called Davi, an ordinary guy from Bahia and arrives at Globoplay in May 8.

The production will tell the champion’s journey from his origins in the Cajazeiras neighborhood, in Salvador, until the final of the program and the first weeks out of confinement.
The app driver won the reality show with 60.52% of the public’s votes and took home the biggest prize in the history of the reality show: R$2.92 million, in addition to a TrailBlazer car worth R$370,000. Davi was also the youngest man to win the BBB, at just 21 years old.
Globoplay announced the news on its social networks with the phrase “‘Calma, Calabresos”, which became famous after the young man’s participation in the program. The term even became the reason for a legal dispute between Toninho Tornado and Mani, Davi’s ex-girlfriend.
The documentary will also address the strategies used by the participant during the 100 days of confinement and how he has dealt with the fame he received after the reality show. To Gshow, Davi said he wants to “inspire many boys from humble origins”.
