Brasilia residents have until Sunday (31) to negotiate debts with Neoenergia with different conditions. Consumers in the Federal District can obtain discounts of up to 90% on their bill and/or pay their debt in up to 60 installments.
The conditions are being offered to DF customers who meet the prerequisites of the federal government’s Desenrola Brasil program, which ends this week.
People who have an income of up to two minimum wages or registered with CadÚnico, and who have a negative debt between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2022, can participate in the negotiation.
Up to R$5,000 per debtor can be negotiated, considering the sum of financed debts. The consumer will have the possibility of paying the debt in up to five years, without the need for a down payment, and with the first installment due 30 days after the negotiation is completed.
The entire process must be carried out digitally, through the website. Customers must be registered on the GOV platform and have a Silver or Gold level account. The account is free and necessary to prove the citizen’s identity.
In addition to Neoenergia Brasília, the group’s other distributors are also part of the action: Neoenergia Pernambuco, Neoenergia Elektro, Neoenergia Coelba and Neoenergia Cosern.
Neoenergia Brasília customers who do not fit the program profile will be able to pay their debts in up to 21 installments on their credit card with the same financing interest rate as the government program (1.99% per month) and a discount of up to 90% by Flexpag. The target audience will have similar criteria to Desenrola, group B customers, who were negative between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2022 and remain negative.
