Qualifica RS opens two vacancies for the Extraordinary Secretariat for Digital Inclusion and Support for Equity Policies

The State government has opened selection for a vacancy for Entrepreneurship Advisor and a position for Communication Advisor at the Extraordinary Secretariat for Digital Inclusion and Support for Equity Policies (Seidape). Through the Qualifica RS program, organized by the Secretariat of Planning, Governance and Management (SPGG), registrations will continue until April 8th. Employees of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and the general public can compete.

For both vacancies, the prerequisites are having Brazilian nationality; be in compliance with military and electoral obligations; be in enjoyment of political rights; be at least 18 years old; present physical and mental fitness; and have completed higher education. For the position of communications advisor, good knowledge of marketing is also required.

Entrepreneurship Advisor

Main duties of the position:

• develop projects related to the small entrepreneur’s digital transformation vertical, working in close collaboration with other team advisors, acting across the board;
• actively collaborate to achieve institutional objectives, establishing and monitoring the delivery of results, with excellence and objectivity;
• carry out project management and documentation of all steps.

Desirable qualifications include experience in administrative routines; knowledge about innovation, innovation management and entrepreneurship, especially processes related to small entrepreneurs; and experience and knowledge of project management.

The gross monthly remuneration will be R$ 14,449.50 for people without ties to the State and R$ 8,669.70 for civil servants, for 40 hours a week. Also included are meal vouchers of R$366.60, optional health plan with co-participation, parking and vacations and 13th salary, proportional to working time.

Communication adviser

Main duties of the position:

• responsible for the communication vertical in general, working in close collaboration with other advisors, acting across the board and supporting the maintenance of the team’s routines;
• carrying out content curation for the secretariat;
• allocation of design and writing tasks to the team;
• preparation of briefings, research and notes regarding the processes in which you are involved;
• carrying out project management and documentation of all steps.

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of innovation and innovation management, social networks and available channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Newsletter); basic knowledge of Notion, SEO, storytelling and design, as well as intermediate English and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Canva programs.

The gross monthly remuneration will be R$3,139.50 for people without ties to the State and R$1,883.70 for civil servants, for 40 hours a week. Also included are meal vouchers of R$366.60, optional health plan with co-participation, parking and vacations and 13th salary, proportional to working time.

The workplace for both vacancies is the Centro Administrativo Fernando Ferrari (Caff), located on Av. Borges de Medeiros, 1501, 2nd floor, in Porto Alegre. The building is accessible for people with disabilities.

Selective process

The first stage of the selection process involves candidate registration, with CV registration, application on a specific form and profile tests. The other selection phases include an interview based on competence and technique and an interview with the extraordinary secretary for Digital Inclusion and Support for Equity Policies.
