Before entering the reality show, Lucas had been in a relationship with Camila for 15 years. That’s why he chose her as his legal proxy throughout the confinement. It is precisely because of this document that the family extrajudicially notified the history teacher.

The sister claims that Camila no longer defends her husband’s interests. Since she felt betrayed by Buddha’s advances on Pitel, she gained 3 million followers mocking Lucas’ participation in the program and promoting overcoming and female empowerment.

Supposed contract with agency

If the family says they can’t access Buda’s social media, Camila’s lawyer, Adélia Soares, denies. In an interview with Quem, she said that the client had not only returned the capoeirista’s profiles to family members, but the pages were being managed by the communications agency Mynd.

Rose questions the information. “She’s been lying from the beginning, because we didn’t even know about this agency. If there’s an agency in the middle, did someone sign this contract? And now she has to prove who signed it”, she counters.

She continues, explaining that there was no way anyone else could have signed a contract in Lucas Henrique’s name other than Camila. “The only family Lucas has is me and my sister. My father and mother are deceased. And I guarantee that our name is not there. As she was his attorney, she was the one who had access to everything. We don’t know nothing, we are lost here”, he highlights.

The newspaper O Globo also contacted Adélia Soares to ask for explanations. This time, the lawyer said that Camila still cannot return Lucas’ profiles because she does not have permission from the participant himself, as he only defined his then wife as his legal representative.

“Today, if she makes any concession of something that belongs to Lucas, she may face civil and criminal liability for it. Whether the cell phone or the social network, or whatever, she cannot simply arrive and hand it over to anyone. person without his consent, to anyone” argues the lawyer.

Regarding the supposed contract with Mynd revealed by her to Quem magazine, Adélia explained that it is not ‘quite like that’ as the family understood it. “In fact, there is a friend of his, who is part of the social media management group. And this personal friend of his, his right-hand man, is the one who is directly taking care of this with the agency, Mynd”, she highlights.

Family shaken by alleged betrayal

Since the flirtations between Buda and Pitel began to be shared by internet users, Camila Moura has already gained 3 million followers and even signed partnerships with major brands. If she is profiting from all this controversy, on the other hand, the family claims to suffer from such exposure.

“Lucas was too exposed for a mistake that we know he made. Nobody is putting their hand over his head, he will have to accept the mistakes”, admits Rose. However, she does not believe that Camila was fair to her husband’s family. “In this story where she said that the family didn’t help and didn’t do anything, there were a lot of attacks on our social media”, she recalls.
