Appointed as leader of the criminal faction Comando Vermelho, Marcinho VP is also accused by the Public Ministry of crimes of criminal association and money laundering.

“My father made a mistake, but he is paying for his mistakes and handsomely. I just wish he could serve a worthy sentence and leave with his head held high,” said Oruam, in a note published on his Instagram profile shortly after the Lolla show.
