Juninho suggests legal action against Alane for alleged accusations of harassment on BBB 24

Former BBB Juninho suggested that he may sue Alane Dias for an alleged accusation of harassment on “BBB 24”. The motorcycle courier said that he intends to resolve the situation, implying that this could end up in court. “This matter will be commented on,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Juninho commented on the case after reading an interview with the dancer this Saturday (27). Speaking to the newspaper O Globo, the dancer stated that she has not yet spoken to her former rival or Nizam Hayek.

“I had no contact with the Nizam, we didn’t speak to each other. At most our eyes met, but we never spoke to each other. He was the only person I didn’t actually speak to. I didn’t have the opportunity and I didn’t I wanted to too, to be honest. He’s someone I don’t want to resolve anything with, he’s indifferent to me too. So they were two people I didn’t really talk to”, explained Alane.

Juninho wants to settle accounts

The motorcycle courier mocked the statement and indicated that she will have to talk to him somehow, after suggesting that she had been a victim of harassment in confinement.

“The joke comes ready, right?”, he wrote, “There’s no point in the fandom crying! Every time this issue comes up it will be commented on, yes, until we can resolve it the way we want and you know what it is. Gratitude to those who have empathy and humanity”, he added.

Last month, Juninho defined Alane’s accusation as his most delicate moment within Globo’s confinement program. “Without a doubt, the moment I was accused of harassment was the most difficult for me. Even without knowing what was really happening, because it wasn’t told to me directly, I already knew there was something very wrong there,” he told Notícias of TV.

Since “BBB 24”, he has kept a text from his profile administrator posted on his X account that talks about suing Alane.

Babu radicalized controversy

The matter seemed to have died down when ex-BBB Babu Santana decided to take the controversy to the extreme during a recent participation in the program “Mais Você”, which aired on April 16th. “I remember a situation with Juninho, that if it weren’t for ‘Big Brother’, with thousands of cameras there, Juninho could be in prison today for an accusation made against him,” said Babu.

The actor also stated that the ex-BBB would possibly be the target of racism. “A black man in our society who suffers an accusation that he suffered, if it weren’t for those cameras, he would be in prison or dead. Do you understand? So, don’t even come and ask me for more classes.”

On his profile on X, Juninho even thanked Babu for the statement. “Yes. That’s the truth that many here pretend doesn’t exist. Only we know. Thank you, Babu.”

Alane stated that she did not suffer harassment

If Juninho seeks a retraction, it is worth remembering that Alane said several times on the program that she was not harassed by the motorcycle courier. “I’ve already said it on several occasions and I’ll always repeat it. I didn’t think he committed any crime, harassed him or anything like that. I just felt uncomfortable because he hit on me”, the dancer stated in a conversation with Leidy Elin during the edition .

Leidy agreed: “Yes, you have the right to feel however you want.” And Alane added: “But I think they understand.”
