The second stage of construction of Residencial Bem Viver Arapongas is at a fast pace. This was confirmed this Tuesday, 26th, by Construtora Pacaembu, responsible for carrying out the services. Residencial Bem Viver Arapongas 2 has 33% of the work completed. The construction of water and sewage networks has already started, as well as the construction of houses. At this stage, 748 units are under construction – with 478 houses expected to receive additional subsidy from the Government of Paraná. The houses are financed for up to 420 months by Caixa Econômica Federal, with cumulative subsidies from the “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” program of the Ministry of Cities of the Federal Government and the “Casa Fácil” program, from Cohapar, of the Government of Paraná. Delivery is expected by April 2025. However, the contractual deadline with Caixa Econômica Federal is September 2025. “This further enhances the housing area in Arapongas. New families are on the path to realizing their dream of owning their own home”, said the mayor of Sérgio Onofre. Also according to Construtora Pacaembu, in this second phase 180 employees work directly on the construction site.
FIRST STEP
In September 2023, 683 houses were delivered to the population. The same act also consolidated the delivery of Estrada da Aliança, the main access road to Residencial Bem Viver Arapongas. The entire paving of the section that connects the extension of Rua Tangará to Residencial, passing through PR-444, in a total of 2,050 meters in length, was carried out by the City of Arapongas, in an investment of R$ 4,394,857.55, with resources of Paraná City.
PROJECT
Occupying a total area of 242,000 m², acquired by Construtora Pacaembu, Residencial Bem Viver Arapongas has houses measuring 43.85 m², not semi-detached, built on lots starting at 160 m², with the possibility of expansion. They are delivered with ceramic floors throughout, integrated living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with tiles in wet areas, covered laundry room and parking space.
