After Michel, Leidy Elin and Nizam opened up on social media about the difficulties they are facing after “BBB 24”, it was the turn of the first eliminated from the edition, Maycon, to vent about the matter. This Friday (26), the ex-brother published a video complaining about the TV Globo contract, which prevents him from advertising.
The brother started the video by showing several bills he has to pay. “There’s a condominium bill that I’m not going to open because I’m not going to pay it now. Another notification of a late bill. Name on Serasa, three credit cards late. What’s the ex-BBB’s life like?“, shot.
Maycon also stated that due to the contract with TV Globo, former participants in the program are prevented from advertising. “Nobody knows how things happen. You all already know how long our contract lasts, I can’t even talk about that. Yes, we are being prevented from working, from advertising. We are even prevented from receiving snacks, pizza, that kind of thing at home“, he revealed.
“It’s very bad, it’s terrible. There are a lot of people talking about this and I’m tired of keeping quiet. I already cried today and I’ve been crying every day“, he vented. He also sent a message to those who signed up for next year’s “Big Brother Brasil”: “You who signed up for ‘BBB 25’, I bought a phone to participate in ‘Big Brother’. Yes, there is a stage where we need to send videos and photos to them at some point, and I didn’t have a phone, but I wanted to make my life’s dream come true“.
The former brother continued, explaining that he was happier before participating in the program: “How much worse our life has gotten, how mediocre our life is, how much I have gone backwards. Because you saw the lunch aunt. I was a lunch aunt who was much happier than a lot of people who make more money than me. Or that I did, today anyone earns more money than me, because I’m unemployed”.
He continued talking about having to ask for permission to publish on social media. “Those of you who are seeing us at a show, walking around, eating something. Every time we eat something, every time we post something, we have to ask for permission to do so. We need to send an email, or Whatsapp. And this is often denied“, he stated, adding that he does not have money for leisure activities. ” Last weekend, I was at a rodeo because my friends were paying. I don’t have money to go out in the car, to buy snacks, or to go out on a Friday night“, he admitted.
Maycon reported that he is unable to work and expressed concern about the possible end of opportunities. “All this to tell you, as other ex-brothers are saying. I’m not lacking opportunities, they’re blocking me from opportunities. We are prevented from working, and opportunities will disappear over time”reported.
Emotional, he apologized for the outburst and concluded: “I’m sure that one day things will happen, and everything we dreamed of living post-‘Big Brother’ we will experience.
