Mani Rego makes decision amid controversy with Davi: ‘Waste of time’
Cook Mani Rego spoke out this Tuesday (23) amid the confusion surrounding her relationship with Davi Brito, champion of “BBB 24”. Through Instagram, the microentrepreneur revealed that she will not condemn the driver’s attitudes publicly, nor will she fuel the marital crisis through social media. Despite the outburst, the Bahian woman left the status of her relationship with the winner of the reality show open.
“So many speculations and opinions only distance and sadden the people who are truly living this story. More and more people are involved, narratives (many of them unreal) are created and none of this builds anything positive. What I see is loss in all aspects : loss of peace, time, memories and, above all, respect”, he began.
The new influencer confessed that she has not yet adapted to the media world and said that she hopes for the controversy surrounding her relationship with Davi to end. “I sleep and wake up praying that everything calms down, but this issue continues to be discussed incessantly in the press and on social media. While everyone judges, as if we were in a court of law, or as if we were characters in a soap opera, real people suffer “.
She also admitted that she is surrounded by doubts and considered that perhaps she mismanaged her own expectations. Furthermore, the cook intends to resolve the marital and family dispute discreetly and away from the spotlight.
“For those who expect me to throw stones at Davi, that won’t happen. For those who expect me to lower the level and come and resolve my issues via the internet, I’m sorry to disappoint, but I won’t do that”, he decreed.
“I’m not going to quote or expose conversations, meetings… I’m not going to feed spectacular narratives that have the sole aim of becoming a topic and hurting people. From me, you can only expect respect and the work force to take care of my family and those around me!”, added.
Although she did not update the relationship status, Mani Rego thanked those who supported her, Davi and the couple. “I will remain coherent and treat sentimental and private matters privately,” she reaffirmed.
