Alexandre Furmanovich, Leticia Birkheuer’s ex, denies report of aggression

Ex-husband of Leticia Birkheuer, Alexandre Furmanovich, accused of assault by her, stated that the actress “failed to comply with court orders” and that the two only had a “heated argument”.

About 11 years ago, my son’s mother, Leticia, and I divorced and we began to maintain contacts strictly related to the upbringing, well-being and health of our son.

In mid-2022, for completely intimate reasons that were never publicly exposed by me out of respect for Leticia and my son, João Guilherme started living with me in São Paulo.

Recently, also due to extremely intimate facts, the Court determined that maternal visits would be accompanied and assisted by a professional hired by me for this purpose.

On the day of the events, Leticia failed to comply with this court order and I was informed by the professional hired to accompany the visit, that Leticia had dismissed her services and left with my son without the supervision determined by the court, in addition to having cut off the communication I maintained with João via cell phone.

I have no interest in harming, offending or harming my child’s mother in any way.

My only concern is and always has been João Guilherme’s physical and psychological integrity and I will spare no effort to protect my son’s health.
