Now, after reaching the age of majority, Gal’s son claims the right to the inheritance left by the singer. He disputes the fraction intended by the artist’s former manager. The process is being carried out in secret at the TJ-SP.
According to the defense, the young man decided to take legal action against Wilma — whom he calls “godmother” — after “understanding what was going on at home.” He argues, among other things, that he “never saw his mother and godmother interact as a couple.”

Gabriel would have found the documents after Gal’s death, in November 2022, and now questions the reasons that led his godmother to ask for part of the inheritance. “Gal’s will has always been to protect her son, and not leave an inheritance to Wilma”, completes the young man’s defense.
He also appealed to the SP Court to request the annulment of a document in which he recognized the union between Wilma and Gal, when he was a minor. The existence of the process was confirmed in the Splash for the boy’s defense.
