“He woke up and sang. In a moment of lucidity, he wanted to play. He said: ‘Take my chip’. Things like that,” the musician told journalist Paloma Poeta. The situation occurred last Wednesday, when there was a slight improvement. The members of Molejo also spoke about the group’s current phase, which continues to perform, after the singer’s departure due to Anderson’s health. “I (Andrezinho) am singing, Jimmy is singing. We are dividing ourselves at the moment.”

Anderson Leonardo was diagnosed with cancer in the groin region in October 2022. Five months after celebrating the cure, he had to resume treatment last year. The artist, who had been discharged on the 19th, was hospitalized again in serious condition last Sunday (24). Last Thursday, he started eating again. To the DAY, the Molejo singer’s advisor also said that he has received support from family and friends at the health unit. “He has received many visitors, the family is directly at the hospital practically staying with him, taking turns. Anderson is not alone for a second.”
