The idea is that the company’s more than 3.5 million customers can perform the same services provided in in-person stores through the online tool. The application can be downloaded for free from iOS and Android stores, and from the new web agency (www.celesc.com.br).

To access the system, you will need to register for the first time with the consumer unit numbers, email and CPF or CNPJ of the holder. In future accesses, consumers will be able to log in with their email and password or link their accounts on Google, Apple, Gov.br and Facebook platforms.

To access the services, you must have up-to-date registration data with Celesc, which can be done via the call center (0800 048 0120), online chat or in one of the in-person service stores.

Among the app’s new features is the possibility of paying your energy bill via Pix. From May 7th, a new model will be distributed, with details of the cost of energy consumption and each tax.

— There are several changes and the customer will certainly gain a lot in practicality and efficiency in accessing our services. On digital platforms, which are now more intuitive and flexible, in addition to reporting a power outage, requesting reconnection, changing ownership and making a new connection, all services will be available. The idea is that customers can resolve their needs online and only go to stores if they wish — explains Mateus Nascimento, manager of the Customer Service Department at Celesc.

Through the application it will be possible to monitor and make requests, in addition to monitoring the service journey with the progress of the stages, in the same way as on shopping websites.

Celesc highlights that the cancellation of invoice payments will occur after the transition period, between April 30th and May 6th, due to the system change. In this case, the customer should not worry if the payment appears as not made.

— The improvements will be visible to everyone, gradually, including our commercial attendants, as it will also bring more agility and better working conditions — highlights commercial director Vitor Guimarães.

Since Tuesday (30), Celesc was in a transition period with restricted access to the system due to the migration to the new application and new web agency. On Monday (6) Celesc stores did not provide in-person service, only units that have receptionists were open to provide information and guidance to consumers.

From Monday (7), service returns to normal and services will be available, in addition to the units, through the application and web agency.
