The Irani (RANI3) meeting held this Friday, 26th, approved the payment of dividends.
Payment will be on May 15th.
The total value is R$93,638,056.02 and the value per share is R$0.390521558. Holders of shares issued by the company are entitled this Friday, April 26th.
The shares will be traded ex-earnings from April 29, 2024 (inclusive).
