BNDES competition: bank foresees notice in October and confirms 99 vacancies

It is worth remembering that, last week, the BNDES competition offer had already increased from 94 to 96 places.

In response to Folha Directed by Qconcursos, the bank explained that the increases occurred due to recent employee terminations, such as retirements.

“Employees admitted to the new competition will join the BNDES under a new Job and Salary Plan that is in the approval phase. For this reason, it is not possible, at the moment, to inform the emphases (areas of knowledge) and the entry conditions of employees new employees”, stated BNDES.

Regarding the bank selection process, the bank confirmed that it evaluates proposals from institutions with experience in similar public tenders.

However, deadlines have not yet been established to complete this bidding stage and disclose the name of the contracted company.

BNDES has increased its staff

Last Monday, the 1st, a decree was published in the Official Gazette of the Union that expanded the BNDES staff to 2,887 employees, 2,840 of which were permanent employees and 47 of those in extinction.

As the last ordinance set a limit of 2,543 employees at BNDES, the new publication represents a increase in staff by another 297 employees.

These new employees will be admitted through a public competition and may be hired during the next selection process.

Even if there are not a total of immediate vacancies, opportunities can be filled during the validity period, through the reservation register.

The careers that will be offered in the next BNDES competition have not yet been defined, given that a new job plan is in the approval process.

Although BNDES has not yet confirmed the positions, President Aloizio Mercadante considered the needs.

In an interview with the Canal Livre program, on TV Bandeirantes, he highlighted the areas of Cybernetics and Information Technology (IT) and, therefore, can indicate that they will be included in the next notice.

“In October, we will hold a competition again because it is necessary. This area, for example, Cyber ​​Security, Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, are fundamental for the bank to modernize”, he considered.

Employee hiring at BNDES is carried out through the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).

The positions and the offer by level of education in the new competition are still being evaluated by BNDES.

However, the current BNDES Job and Salary Plan presents only two careers, one at mid-level and the other at higher-level. Look:

Middle level

  • administrative support technician.

Higher level

  • basic professional in the areas of: Administration; Systems Analysis – Development; Systems Analysis – Support; Architecture; Archival science; Librarianship; Accounting Sciences; Social Communication; Right; Economy; Engineering; Geology; and Psychology.

These careers should be in the next BNDES competition. The specialties, however, are still being defined.

The capacity of the positions was also not revealed. However, according to data from the bank, 90% of employees work in Rio de Janeiro, where the main office that concentrates most of its activities is located.

There are also stations in Brasília, Recife and São Paulo.
