Ford launches the seventh-generation Mustang GT Performance in Brazil

At the beginning of the month, images were recorded of the seventh generation of the Mustang GT that arrived in Brazil. Now, made official by Ford, the wait is over and the model was launched to please sports car enthusiasts in the country. Equipped with a 5.0 aspirated Coyote V8 engine capable of producing 488 hp, this model promises to be the most powerful Mustang GT ever manufactured.

The design of the Mustang GT Performance combines classic elements of the original 1960s model with a modern aesthetic. Inside, the cockpit has a 12.4-inch screen integrated into the instrument panel, which operates various functions, from music to air conditioning.

• The straight-based sports steering wheel, inspired by competition models, offers more space to drive.

In addition to design, the new Mustang GT Performance features improvements in terms of engineering and performance. Highlights include the adjustable adaptive suspension, high-performance Brembo brakes at the front and rear, and exclusive features such as the Drift Brake electronic brake and Remote Rev, which allows remote acceleration of the engine using the key.

Finally, another point worth highlighting is security technologies. The new Mustang comes with adaptive cruise control, collision warning with pedestrian detection, autonomous emergency braking, lane keeping and centering assistant, automatic high beams, cross traffic alert, speed sign recognition, rear camera and seven airbags.

The Mustang GT Performance is now available for sale at 110 Ford dealerships in Brazil, with a starting price of R$529,000. The first units are expected to be delivered by the end of June. The brand even offers customization options.
