World photography competition announces winners of the 2024 edition; see gallery | Science

O Sony World Photography Awards announced the winners of the National, Regional and Open categories of its competition. The 2024 edition of the prestigious international award seeks to celebrate the authors of some of the best photographs produced last year.
The overall winners and the winners of three other categories will be announced on April 18th. Cash prizes will be given to the best, with emphasis on the Photographer of the Year. In addition, all winners will have their work exhibited in London, the United Kingdom, and other cities, in addition to being published in an annual book.
