Cassiano Ricardo Cultural Foundation
The Cassiano Ricardo Cultural Foundation opens, this Wednesday (27), registration for the workshops of the Arte nos Bairros program. Around 5,000 free places are being offered in 200 cultural workshops in different artistic languages (music, dance, theater, circus, digital culture, creative economy, cultural management, among others) for children, young people and adults.
Registration must be made exclusively via the São José Viva app, until April 4th. To participate, you do not need to have experience. Just choose the workshop being offered at the nearest Casa de Cultura.
It is important to keep the application data updated, as those selected will receive an email from São José Viva informing them of registration and the start of activities.
The workshops begin on April 8th. The workload varies depending on the workshop chosen.
There will be registration for the remaining places between April 9th and 22nd, with classes starting on April 29th.
The workshops of the Arte nos Bairros program, the largest decentralized action program in the region, also serve students from the municipal education network and children and adolescents from Fundhas (Fundação Hélio Augusto de Souza).

The Arte nos Bairros Program provides spaces, in all regions of São José dos Campos, intended for cultural activities that provide opportunities for learning, new experiences, experimentation and contact with various languages and techniques, enabling cultural dissemination, public formation and of professionals for the cultural sector.
The cultural workshops serve children, young people, adults and the elderly. The activities provide free access to learning and practicing art, and can be adapted to the most varied formats and contexts with the aim of offering the best service to the community.
