“Is it Russia that forces its companies to refuse contracts with anyone? Is it Russia that imposes restrictions, sometimes absolutely brutal, against some companies based solely on nationality criteria? Is it Russia that exerts unscrupulous pressure, illegal pressure on countries third parties to persuade them not to communicate with companies from a certain country? Is it Russia that is persecuting people of a certain nationality, of a certain citizenship throughout the world?”

“No, it’s not Russia that’s doing this, it’s a completely different country,” Dmitry Peskov highlighted.
