Aliia Nasyrova, 35, is not just a woman with long hair, but a real real-life Rapunzel! The Ukrainian, who currently resides in Slovakia, won a world title: having the longest hair on the planet, measuring an impressive 2.57 meters in length.
Her story went viral after her participation in the Italian program “Lo Show dei Record”, where her lush hair caused astonishment and admiration. At 1.65m tall, Aliia’s hair drags the ground, a true spectacle of nature.
But to achieve this title, Aliia dedicated years of care and attention. She has never cut her hair and has an inspiring life philosophy: “I want to inspire people to appreciate human beauty and be natural. I believe that everyone is beautiful, even if they look ‘different’.”
According to Guinness World Records, her passion for long hair runs in her family. Aliia was inspired by her mother and grandmother, who also sported voluminous locks. And to share her care routine, she maintains an active profile on social media, where she posts tips and inspiration.
Despite its impressive beauty, taking care of such long hair is no easy task. Aliia washes her hair once a week, a process that takes about 30 minutes. To apply a mask, the time increases to more than two hours, and drying can take up to a whole day!
To maintain the health and growth of her hair, Aliia trims her ends regularly, follows a healthy and balanced diet and avoids drinking alcoholic beverages. “I also take vitamins and massage my scalp,” she reveals. “And sometimes I visit the sea or ocean to absorb all the natural minerals in my hair,” she adds.
