A passenger on a flight recorded video of a mysterious “flying cylinder” from the plane’s window over LaGuardia Airport in New York City. The images were taken by Michelle Reyes, who pointed out the possibility that it was an unidentified aerial object, or UFO.
“The first thing I did was email the FAA to let them know what I had seen. Maybe it was a safety risk, but unfortunately, they didn’t respond to my email,” Michelle Reyes told newspaper NewsNation.
Ben Hansen, an expert in phenomena involving UFOs, told the newspaper that he analyzed the video and that there are no signs of hoaxes in the images. “We haven’t found any evidence that she (Reyes) faked this or pulled a hoax. It’s there. It’s very clear, which is unusual.”
Reyes said another passenger also spotted the mysterious object. “It’s a little stressful knowing that someone else saw what I saw,” he said.
So far, no North American body has commented on the case.
