Before becoming a millionaire with the BBB 24 prize, Davi Brito traveled around Bahia as an app driver. In the early hours of this Sunday (5), participating in “Altas Horas”, the Bahian revealed a shocking story of robbery during one of his races in which he had to put himself at risk with the robbers.
“On the app it’s a really crazy experience because you see everything and more. You deal with the public every day and everything I did people saw everything, I posted it on my Status, on Instagram: I wore a wig, I played jokes with passengers to get a tip from time to time”, shared Davi when questioned by Serginho Groisman about the stories of the races he did.
Davi also reported about an attempted robbery. “There was a race I did and two strange people came into the car behind me and it scared me a lot. That was when I went through a difficult situation on the app and I was at risk of being robbed,” he said.
“In the middle of the parallel I was running and they approached me to rob me. They told me to stop the car, but I acted crazy because we, who are from Bahia, have our own way of getting out of the situation. I started stepping on the car and they got nervous, I started turning the car from one side to the other and said: ‘Everyone is going to die now, open the door and jump in’. When I slowed down the car, they jumped,” he said.

Davi also commented on the prize of almost R$3 million from BBB 24. The Bahian revealed an unusual reaction to the pix received and made the presenter and the audience laugh.
Serginho asked Davi if he had already received the award. The reality show champion admitted that he still hasn’t had the courage to open the bank and see. “I’m working up the courage to open my cell phone, to get that count and look at the numbers. It’s a little difficult… For someone who didn’t have R$1 in their account, looking and seeing more than six 0’s there is strange,” he said.
He also highlighted that life after BBB 24 is still a big deal. The presenter questioned what Davi believes he will no longer be able to do now that he is being recognized by the public. “I’m not going to say going out on the street because people come to me, but I like that too. I like to feel the embrace, the warmth of the people. But I don’t think I’m going to do it anymore is run it on an app,” he said.
