Ricardo Costa, former member of the musical group Polegar, commented on his expulsion from the reality show A Grande Conquista 2, on Record. The artist was eliminated by the program’s production team last Saturday (27) after picking up a knife during an argument with Fabio Gontijo. The celebrity said he felt wronged and stated that he had no intention of hurting his fellow confinement.
“It was an attitude that people understood differently. In no way would I be mentally ill to commit an atrocity to someone on a live reality show. I have a family. But the idea was to scare him and tear his clothes. But at no point did I mention it. That’s why I was harmed. Suddenly, I think I would already be inside the Mansion”, he told Selfie Service.

Ricardo Costa said that initially he was not looking for the knife. According to him, the idea was to use scissors to cut the competitor’s clothes. “That’s not like me, to take a knife and do an atrocity. In fact, I was behind the scissors. The idea was to get the scissors. But I didn’t find it, so I took any knife. When they stopped me, I stopped, handed it in and that was it. I didn’t know it would cause an expulsion”, lamented the artist.
Then, the former participant of A Grande Conquista 2 criticized Fabio Gontijo. The argument between the two was motivated by wet underwear. “It was cowardice on his part. I was there, still, quiet. And was this already planned by him? Because I was lying still. And I said it several times: these swim trunks are not mine. And the moment he threw his swim trunks, that was the moment I got up and argued,” he explained.
“At no time did I offend anyone there with bad words. But what happened: he provoked me. And I had back pain, I had taken medicine before. But if there is a clause, we have to respect it. Personally, I think I was wronged. Because it was not with any intention of hurting”, concluded Ricardo Costa. The participant left the confinement of the Record program on Saturday (27).
