Participating ES Military Police may be expelled from the PM

In the PM since 2014, soldier Fellipe Villas had his leave request denied; salary is R$9.3 thousand

Military police officer in the cast of The Great Conquest 2, Fellipe Villas may be dismissed from the Military Police of Espírito Santo (PMES) for having had his work permit denied by the general command to participate in the reality show led by Raquel Sheherazade.

A Pedro Permuy Column, who is not stupid or anything, found that the agent formally requested temporary layoff (which should not have been paid), but had the request rejected by PMES itself. To be able to participate in this start of the program – which airs every day at 10:30 pm on TV Vitória/Record – Fellipe has been on vacation since the 15th of this month. During this period, the soldier will continue to receive his salary normally since, strictly speaking, he is taking advantage of the month of rest.

In March, for example, Fellipe received a gross salary of R$9,300, which turned into R$6,200 net with just over R$3,100 in discounts. According to information from the State government’s Transparency Portal, Fellipe Pedrosa Leal Villas was absent, from November 2014 (the start date of the exercise) until this Tuesday (23), 3 days and had 1,336 days of leave. In addition to the allowance of R$5,200, still in March, the soldier received more than R$1,700 in holiday bonus.

But because of all this frisson, the handsome guy will suffer an administrative process that, according to PMES, will be opened immediately against the soldier.

To this columnist, PMES informs that the soldier requested, back in March, a license to participate in the program – which was denied. Because he went on vacation and was confirmed in the cast, Fellipe will be investigated and may even be dismissed (or expelled) from the police.

In a note, the corporation’s press office says: “The Military Police informs that the soldier requested, in March, a license to participate in the program, but the request was rejected by the general command. Since April 15th, the military has been on vacation, however, even with the rejection of the request regarding his participation, the PM is part of the cast of the reality show. Due to this fact, an administrative procedure will be opened to investigate the situation. It is worth remembering that the police officer normally receives his wages, considering that he is on vacation. For the loss of income and/or position to occur, the procedure must go through due legal process with broad defense and contradiction, in cases where the employee responds to a dismissal process, which does not yet fit the situation of the said soldier. Before completion, the salary cut can only happen by court order.”

In addition to Fellipe, the State has three other representatives in this edition of A Grande Conquista. They are the businessman João Hadad; the dental surgeon Thiago Luz; and the ex-paquita Catia Paganote.

At first, it will work like this: first, everyone is confined in a village with three houses – green, blue and orange. Each one has a specific number of people and to be in one of the houses the requirements are different. Between famous and anonymous, after 18 days in the village, 20 will be selected to go to the game’s mansion. There, in fact, is where the race for those who want to be a millionaire begins.

In the second phase, the 20 competitors participate in dynamics and tests for the total prize.

Catia Paganote, 48 years old, born in Rio de Janeiro and resident of Vila Velha, former paquita and model

At the age of 3, in Brasília, he began his career as a model and mannequin. At the age of 10, she moved to Rio de Janeiro, after tests she became the paquita Miúxa. On Instagram, she has 269 thousand followers. In 2018, she was expelled from A Fazenda 10. In 2023, she participated in Swap of Wives.

Fellipe Villas, 36 years old, born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and resident of Vila Velha, military police officer

Military police officer in Espírito Santo, single, has a 4-year-old son. He currently lives in Vila Velha and intends to take his mother, who still lives in Belo Horizonte, and his son, who lives in Montanha, a city in the interior of the state, to live with him.
