The information was shared by YouTuber Law’s Moore Is Dead, responsible for the major leak of supposed specifications in recent weeks. According to him, the console will be an intermediate, in terms of size, between the standard and Slim editions.

In terms of performance, the PS5 Pro will not show a large increase in CPU power compared to the first model of the new generation. However, the praised PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSRR) technology will integrate the hardware as a proprietary feature — not as a fork of FSR 4.

Not yet announced by Sony, the PS5 Pro could arrive sometime in the last quarter of 2024.
