Following the trend of artificial intelligence, the Exynos 1480 has the AI Engine with 6K MAC NPU. Despite being a less powerful version of the one found in the Exynos 2400, it still allows the Galaxy A55 to support the AI features present in the Galaxy S24 line.

In connectivity, there is support for Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, mmWave 5G, cat.18 LTE and 5G sub 6 GHz. In addition, the chipset supports displays with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
