Four-time CBLOL champion in a row, LOUD said goodbye to the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) held in Chengdu, China, with defeats to the Chinese Top Esports in the debut, in an expected result, and to the Vietnamese GAM Esports, of which the The Brazilian team, in the eyes of the community, had an obligation to win, due to the absence of two starters.
It was the first time that LOUD, with three previous experiences abroad, left an international competition without winning.
On social media this Saturday (4), there was a lot of criticism of LOUD’s performance and lamenting reactions about the possibility of Brazil, with yet another terrible campaign, losing its place in the international championships. There is an ongoing discussion about the possible unification of the CBLOL with the LCS, the North American league, to create a unified competition in the Americas.
