Endrick has become one of the most talked about names in national football in recent days. A unique memory for him and Brazilian fans, the striker, just 17 years old, was responsible for the 1-0 victory over England, at Wembley Stadium, last Saturday (23).

Behind the young football player, a support network will see him make his debut for Real Madrid in July this year, especially Gabriely Miranda, your girlfriend. The model and influencer spoke to Marie Claire about their interracial relationship and plans for the couple’s future.

Gabriely Miranda and Endrick started out being friends

Gabriely and Endrick spoke for the first time on Instagram and a common detail brought the two together: Palmeiras. While he plays on the field for the club, the 21-year-old has Verdão as her favorite team.

“We became very good friends, sharing things about our lives on social media and we started to develop feelings for each other”, he says. Because she likes following the sport, being even more involved in football wasn’t so strange for her. “My whole family is from Palmeiras, so we’ve always had this culture of watching games on television and going to the stadium,” she says.

The relationship began a few months ago, in October last year, but Endrick makes a point of making it clear how much he is in love with his girlfriend, dedicating his goals to her. “I’m very moved. It’s a beautiful way to show the affection we have for each other,” he says.

She also explains how she feels about all the affection she has received from the player’s fans: “We have been coping well. I am a more reserved person, I have never been one to expose my life much on the internet, but receiving this affection from so many people is very good. A lot of cool people accompany us.”

Experiencing an interracial relationship, Gabriely Miranda evaluates prejudice.

“We shield ourselves from any malicious comments. We only focus on what adds and does good”, he states.

After a million-dollar negotiation, it was decided that Endrick will play, in July, for Real Madrid. Gabriely Miranda is not afraid of long-distance dating and assesses the chances of leaving Brazil for Spain:

“His talent is undeniable. I’m sure he will have a lot of success ahead of him, both in the national team and in any team he plays for. Far or near, our relationship will be the same, because we will always have the same respect, affection and love.”

A model since she was a teenager, the girl studies nutrition and has been successful on social media. Asked about her plans for the future, Gabriely states that she will pursue her greatest passion.

“I love modeling, I love the rush of the rehearsal routine, and that’s what I intend to pursue professionally. I have an agency that takes care of me and we have many incredible projects for the next few months. I’m studying Nutrition, but my goal is more to insert the knowledge I have been acquiring into my content on social media and also in my career as a model”, he says.
