An Army rescue team, with support from the Fire Department, which left the Canoas Area Base, carried out the operation with boats to remove the animal of the location on Thursday morning.
Initially, they assessed the health situation of the mare, which had been on the roof of the residence for at least a day. The operation was carried out with care as the animal was in a small and slippery area, which could not support the weight in case of sudden movements.
The teams put a strap on the animal and managed to place it lying down in an inflatable boat. Other boats and boats provided support during the operation.
