Consultation at the test site

This Thursday (25/4), the MGI released the consultation of test locations. To check the place, candidates must access the Registration Confirmation Card, available on the competition page. To do this, simply log in with your GOV.BR account details.

In the document, participants will be able to check the registration number, date, time and location of the test. The card also confirms whether the registered person will be entitled to specialized care or treatment under their social name, if applicable.

Even though it is not mandatory, the Ministry of Management advises you to take your card on the day of the test. Furthermore, Minister Esther Dweck highlights the importance of consulting the document. “It’s super important that people don’t leave it until the last minute to see this, so they can know where they are going to take the test,” she said in an interview with Good morning, Ministeron April 11th.

Metro opening hours will be extended

The Federal District Metro Company (Metrô-DF) has extended its service opening hours on the day of the Unified National Competition. The exam will take place on May 5th.

In a statement, the company informed that all stations will be open for boarding and disembarking from 6am to 8pm. Normal hours on Sundays are 7am to 7pm.

More than 215 thousand people go to work

The Unified Competition will feature the work of 215 thousand people. The information was released by the Ministry of Management. The tests will be carried out in 3,665 locations and 75,730 rooms, with 94.6% of the population able to participate when traveling up to 100 km.

Fingerprint collection and graphological examination

MGI announced new measures to prevent fraud in the Unified Competition. The agency announced that fingerprints will be collected and a graphological exam will be carried out on the day of the exam. According to the MGI, the measures were recommended by the Federal Police. The objective is to ensure that the candidate taking the test is the same person who will take up the position, if approved.

When participants receive the exams in the application rooms, they will fill out the response card with the data, sign and write the sentence, which is the graphological exam. At that moment, a test administrator will circulate around the room to collect the fingerprint, which will be recorded on the response card itself.

This way, the card will have the answers to the questions, the handwriting exam, the candidate’s signature and the fingerprint collection. “These new layers of security were adopted at the suggestion of security agencies, such as the Federal Police and the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin), which are working together with the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services in preparing what will be the largest public competition for the history of the country”, informs the general coordinator of Logistics at CNU, Alexandre Retamal.

Candidates will not be able to leave with their test booklet

Another measure adopted by the Ministry of Management is the prohibition of leaving the test site with the notebook or making any type of note on the answer sheets for the questions on the confirmation card.

CNU’s general logistics coordinator, Alexandre Retamal, explains that the action also takes place for security reasons. “Whoever writes the answers on the confirmation card in the morning will come back with it in the afternoon, and then we would have to check if what is written are his notes, or if it was some kind of glue. So, to increase the security, no notes of any kind will be allowed on the back of the confirmation card.”

“If the person makes any type of note, they are subject to being eliminated from the test. And most importantly, they will not be able to return to the test in the afternoon with notes on the back of the confirmation card”, he explains.

The test booklets will be available after the end of the exams on the Ministry of Management website. The candidates’ response card will be made available on the candidate’s page, on the scheduled date of June 3rd.

Therefore, it is important that you already have the application downloaded on your cell phone, as it can be accessed even without internet. MGI recommends testing first to make sure it is working correctly. Photographs of the document will not be accepted, even if they are in the phone’s gallery.
