247 – According to a complaint made by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), hacker Walter Delgatti included a false permit in the Justice system to release a prisoner linked to the criminal faction Comando Vermelho. The prisoner in question, Sandro Silva Rabelo, better known as Sandro Louco, was sentenced to more than 200 years in prison for crimes including murder, robbery, kidnapping, possession of weapons, robbery and criminal organization, reports Arthur Stabile, from g1.

According to the PGR, Delgatti hacked into the Unified Electronic Execution System (SEEU) to include the false document that authorized the release of Sandro Louco, who is imprisoned in Mato Grosso and is considered by the local police to be one of the leaders of Comando Vermelho. The Mato Grosso Court of Justice confirmed that Sandro Louco remains in prison, but did not detail whether the permit was included in the system or at what point it was realized that it was a false document. In addition, Delgatti also inserted false permits for the release of three prisoners in the Federal District.

“The release permits, therefore, were prepared as a result of an invasion of the CNJ system. Despite having been generated within the scope of the competent system, the content is false, as there was no prior regular internal procedure, nor the actual signature of the competent authority”, says the PGR, in a complaint against Delgatti.
