The case occurred on March 14th. The accused, who lives on the top floor of the building, on the 27th floor, cut the rope that supported the worker. The victim only did not fall from the 6th floor due to the operation of a safety device that prevented the fall.

A worker cleaned the facade of the building. The building is located on Avenida Silva Jardim, in the Água Verde neighborhood.

An employee of the resident who lied to the police was also arrested. In a statement, the Civil Police of Paraná explained that they had been told that the resident of the penthouse would not be inside the house. She was interviewed and subsequently released. “The team was assisted by the employee of the owner of the apartment who was cleaning the place. She denied the team entry and made it difficult at all times, playing loud music inside and claiming that the owner would not be there, the that it was later found that the allegation was false”, says the police report.

The accused’s defense said he will not comment. To the UOLthe resident’s lawyer clarified that “she will not give a rating”.

Witnesses told the police that they had already suffered threats from the resident

Condominium employees said they had already received threats from the resident. The man reportedly said he would cut all the cords of all employees if they did not leave. The information is contained in the incident report
