Investigation into the assault on Castelli in Alagoas stalls and the case drags on

After many accusations, responses, replies and so on, the case of aggression against Henri Castelli, in Barra de São Miguel, in 2020, ended up going the way of preparing an expert report. In plain English: only clinical examinations would be able to say whether all the allegations made by the current Dança dos Famosos participant are, in fact, correct.

In the expert report prepared, it was found that Henri Castelli had paresthesia, a type of tingling, the cause of which was the attack that resulted in the fracture of his jaw. The judge in the case herself asked some questions that she considered essential to unravel the mystery surrounding the facts surrounding the actor’s aggression.

Firstly, the expert clarified that, yes, Henri Castelli still bears the consequences of the violence he suffered. In addition to the so-called paresthesia, he ended up losing a dental element. The paresthesia has been ongoing for more than three years, which is why it is very likely that, according to the expert, it is permanent.

Oh, and for those who think that Henri Castelli is still a heartthrob, here’s a very important detail. The beauty was so great that even a traumatic episode did not make it change to the layman’s eyes, but to the trained medical eye, the change is clear.

The doctor called to analyze the case stated that it is possible to say “with almost absolute certainty” that the actor’s face has undergone a definitive change, but that it does not amount to any deformity.

It turns out that not even an expert’s statement was enough to put an end to this case! Ultimately, Henri’s representatives had to present new considerations on the case.

Guilherme Accioly Lopes Ferreira, one of the defendants, considered that the expert had requested additional documents so that the examination could, in fact, be completed, since there is still a “dental” part that depends on certain data.

Years pass and this fight, to this day, has not come to an end. But, every Sunday, what we can see is that, with or without a sentence, Henri Castelli still hasn’t lost his swing!
