Singer Madonna’s most recent show, on Saturday 4th, did not have a restrictive age rating. Due to the content seen on stage, such as the simulation of oral sex, such a warning should occur. Rede Globo did not do so.

In accordance with article 254 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), if the broadcaster does not classify the age group, you will have to pay a fine.

Art. 254: Broadcast, via radio or television, a show at a time other than those authorized or without notice of its classification:

Penalty – fine of 20 to 100 reference salaries: doubled in case of repeat offense, the judicial authority may order the suspension of the broadcaster’s programming for up to two days”, says Article 254 of Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990.

Che Guevara persecuted and killed homosexuals during the Cuban revolution, around 1959. Ten years later, in a speech at the United Nations (UN), he praised his executions. The tribute to the guerrilla fighter, an ally of dictator Fidel Castro, was the target of criticism on social media.
