The news starts with how to access the new system. The first time, customers will need to register with the number(s) of the consumer unit(s), email and CPF or CNPJ of the holder. The same user will be able to access all consumer units in their name.

In future times, consumers will be able to log in with their email and password or link their accounts to Google, Apple, Gov.br and Facebook platforms.

The new application will be available free of charge for cell phones and tablets using iOS or Android systems.

When accessing the old App, the customer will see a clickable pop-up, directing them to the application store, where they can download the latest version of Conecte. The old application must be uninstalled to ensure a new experience with the new system.

Celesc’s new commercial system provides more than 80 online services

To access all these facilities, customers need to have their registration data updated with Celesc, and can do this through the call center (0800 048 0120), online chat or by visiting one of the in-person service stores.

Another great new feature is the option to pay your energy bill via PIX. The invoice also underwent changes in its appearance, with a new model distributed from this Tuesday (07), providing useful and more clearly organized information to the user.

The Commercial Director, Vitor Lopes Guimarães, emphasizes Conecte’s digital transformation. “With a total investment of around R$100 million, Conecte will allow customers to access Celesc as if it were a bank and, soon, no one will need to go to a Company store anymore. But Celesc’s 295 stores will always be open and available to the population,” he highlights.

This is the largest transformation of its kind ever carried out by a distributor in Latin America and places the Company at the forefront of the electrical sector in relation to commercial service. The initiative will require a great effort and the blocking of the current system to carry out the migration of all information and services to the SAP S/4 HANA Utilities platform, representing the most modern service management in the world.
