The heavy rains that have hit the state of Rio Grande do Sul since last Monday (29) have caused numerous disruptions and losses, including deaths. One of the most affected regions is Centro Rio-Grandense. Given the situation, several radio stations continue to be mobilized and providing coverage of the storms. The municipality of Santa Maria (RS), located in Central Rio-Grandense, was the one that recorded the highest volume of rain to date, accounting for 436.2 millimeters.
