The family of Lucas Buddha extrajudicially sued his ex-wife, Camila Moura. This is because, according to the sister of the BBB 24 participant, Rose Ferreira, Moura would not have passed on his brother’s social media data and cell phone so that they could take care of his profiles while he was on the program. “She just doesn’t want to talk to us,” said Buddha’s sister.

In an interview with the newspaper “O Globo”, Ferreira explained the situation: “We are asking her to hand over his cell phone and access to social networks. Adélia Soares explained that Camila is not authorized to transfer social networks and cell phones to her sisters because she has a power of attorney from Lucas – the document passes control of the data and the item to his ex-wife. “From the moment these powers are removed, or Lucas himself leaving the house, then you can. Today, if she makes any concession of something that belongs to Lucas, she can be held civilly and criminally liable for it. Whether it’s her cell phone or her social network, or whatever, she can’t just arrive and hand it over to anyone without his consent, whoever it may be,” Soares informed the O Globo portal.

Furthermore, Camila Moura’s defense states that her brother also included a close friend in the power of attorney, and it was she who Adélia Soares was referring to in the interview with Quem magazine. According to Soares, it was this friend who signed Lucas Buda’s contract with the Mynd agency. “This personal friend of his, his right-hand man, is the one who is directly taking care of this with the agency, Mynd. She is giving all the directions to the group. Obviously, Camila is also part of the group, because she is also responsible for everything that happens until Lucas leaves.
