Madame Teia, the most recent film in the Sony Pictures Spider-Man Universe, already has a date to arrive on streaming services. This Thursday (28), Prime Video released its premieres for April and revealed that the film will arrive at the Amazon service store, for purchase or rent, from April 2nd.
The novelty arrives on streaming platforms almost two months after its debut in theaters. In Brazil, Madame Teia was in first place at the box office for two consecutive weeks, but grossed less than US$100 million (R$500 million at current prices) worldwide, an even bigger failure than Morbiusfrom 2022, which ended its run in theaters with US$167 million.

In the new Spider-Man Universe film, Dakota Johnson (Fifty Shades of grey) interprets Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan, who begins to experience clairvoyance, that is, she begins to have visions. Forced to confront her past, she ends up reuniting with three young people, who are destined for incredible futures if they can survive the threats of an even more powerful villain.
In addition to Johnson, Madame Teia still has Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria), Isabella Merced (Transformers: The Last Knight), Celeste O’Connor (Freaky – In the Body of a Killer), who represent different versions of Spider-Women.
