Preventing premature aging: Rich in antioxidants, black tea acts on cells, preventing oxidation. This improves cellular oxygenation and keeps cells healthy for longer.

Digestion: the digestive system can function better due to the presence of a high content of theaflavins, which influences the composition of the intestinal microbiota. This means that the polyphenols located in the drink promote the growth of good bacteria and can inhibit the growth of bad bacteria.

Blood glucose control: The hypoglycemic action of tea helps to delay the absorption of glucose. In this way, the drink can help regulate the use of insulin in the body and improve the way it metabolizes sugar. To achieve this, the drink must not be sweetened.
