Cucumber Juice Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cucumber with peel
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 pear with peel
  • 1 medium pineapple slice
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Filtered water and ice to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  • Tear the cabbage leaf into smaller pieces.
  • Cut the celery stalks into small pieces.
  • Cut the pear into medium pieces.
  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Add filtered water as desired and add ice.
  • Beat all ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Serve immediately and, if you prefer, strain the juice before serving.
