Idepi begins work to restructure and modernize the agency’s operations

This week, the Piauí Development Institute (Idepi) began working with a company specializing in consultancy to restructure and modernize the organization’s operations. The objective is to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes.

Idepi’s technical advisor, Iarla Leticia Mendes, highlighted that the consultancy will bring valuable insights and solutions to improve the management and services provided by the institute. “We are committed to continuous improvement and this consultancy is an essential part of ensuring that our operations are aligned with best public sector practices,” said the employee.

The contractor’s consultant, Carlos Eduardo Barros, explained how the work will be carried out. “With the consultancy, we hope to make significant improvements in the structuring of Idepi’s work, as well as in the efficiency of the body, which is so important for the development of Piauí. We will work on work-related behavioral skills, as well as organizational issues with our team so that we can evolve as a team. Let’s give the population of Piauí a stronger and more competent body, as the State deserves”, highlighted the professional.

Idepi’s general director, Felipe Eulálio, also commented on the initiative, emphasizing the importance of modernization for Piauí’s growth. “The consultancy is part of a larger effort to make the agency more agile and effective in its mission to participate in Piauí’s growth. Idepi plays an important role in the state’s development, and it is essential that we are equipped to fulfill this mission effectively , this is a requirement from our governor Rafael Fonteles. So, with this consultancy, we intend to further strengthen our organizational structure and our processes, ensuring that we are on the right path with the necessary speed for the future”, said the manager.
