SINDPREV-AL listens to employees of the Northern Regional Hospital to raise demands

The directors of SINDPREV-AL, Olga Chagas and Aparecida Flores, visited workers at the Hospital Regional do Norte, located in Porto Calvo, this Wednesday morning (8). On site, the directors listened to the servers regarding their demands and needs.

Olga and Aparecida also passed on information about the legal actions (Unhealthiness and Bonuses) that the Union has and which benefit workers. They also spoke about the progress of negotiations with the State Government regarding the Base Date.

Given the various demands presented, SINDPREV-AL committed to scheduling a meeting with the Hospital’s management to present the issues and seek negotiated solutions.

During the visit to the Hospital, employees requested the SINDPREV-AL membership form, showing trust and respect for the work carried out by the largest Union representing Social Security in the State. These affiliations are the fuel for SINDPREV-AL to continue fighting on behalf of employees, especially those in State Health.

In the Union’s opinion, the visit was important to mark the presence of SINDPREV-AL and provide security to workers regarding the need to make demands. This type of work has been intense by SINDPREV-AL in various parts of the State, seeking to listen to the base, raise demands and seek solutions from managers to the problems encountered, whether they be related to working conditions or administrative issues.
