Goiânia – An unusual situation happened to a couple from Anápolis, about 55 km from the capital of Goiás. During a trip, he was very surprised to discover that he was in the wrong car. It all happened when businesswoman Vânia Ferreira and her husband, Wilmar Ferreira, stopped at a gas station and got the vehicle mixed up.
The couple, who were traveling from Goiânia to Anápolis, got into the car of the same color and model as theirs, parked in the same establishment. The two continued their journey for around 30 minutes until they realized that the vehicle belonged to someone else. See the video:
According to the couple, the car owner had left the key inside the car, which works with a physical key — a sensor that unlocks the vehicle; So the car started.
When they returned to the station where the vehicle exchange took place, the owner of the car taken by mistake was calling the Federal Highway Police (PRF) to file a complaint. They explained the situation, and everything turned out peacefully.
According to Vânia, she suspected that the car was different because of the smell. Then she saw a backpack that wasn’t theirs in the back seat. At this point, they were past the turnaround and, to get back, they needed to drive another 4 kilometers.
On social media, Vânia Ferreira said that, despite the scare, everything went well, and the owner was calm at the time of delivery. “It was like a movie. It was 30 minutes of a lot of adrenaline”, joked the trader.
