The counselors of the Amazonas Court of Auditors (TCE-AM) must evaluate a total of 59 cases during the 15th Ordinary Session of the Full Court, which will be held from 10 am this Tuesday (07).
Of the total number of cases, six are part of the postponed list, which are returned for judgment after a request for review by the counselors. There are two annual financial statements; two resources, in addition to two representations.
The day’s agenda will have 53 processes, including 16 representations; 12 annual financial statements; seven resources; eight motions for clarification; four inspections of management acts; three agreement account takings; two complaints, in addition to a general communication.
Among the annual financial statements being judged will be that of the year 2022 of the Alvarães City Council, under the responsibility of Raimundo de Oliveira Queiroz; of the year 2020 of the Silves City Council, under the responsibility of Renildo Luiz Ribeiro de Oliveira.
The session will be broadcast live via the Amazon Court of Auditors’ social networks, including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
