Rio – In the countdown to the grand show on the sands of Copacabana Beach, Madonna took the stage once again. This Friday (3), one day before the performance, the Queen of Pop rehearsed alongside the dancers with the same lime green mask that she wore at the sound check this Thursday (2). Earlier, the singer’s stunt double confused and excited fans on duty.
This time, the Queen of Pop opted for a short black look and a cape, as well as a lime green mask. During the rehearsal, Madonna wore a knee brace on her left knee. The artist also played guitar.
Soon after, Pabllo Vittar took the stage to rehearse with the American diva again. Although it has not yet been officially confirmed, this is the second time that the singer has danced alongside Madonna. During the sound check, Pabllo held the Queen of Pop on his lap once again, implying that the movement was part of the surprise performance. The two also waved the Brazilian flag.
During the afternoon, it was the turn of Madonna and Pabllo Vittar’s daughters to rehearse. The singer danced alongside Mercy James and the twins Stella and Estere, fueling rumors of a special appearance in the American diva’s show.
Madonna’s show will be this Saturday (4), at 9:45 pm, on Copacabana Beach. The presentation celebrates the artist’s 40-year career and will be the only one in South America. The expectation is that 1.5 million people will participate in the free event.
