A homicide was recorded on the afternoon of this Friday, 26th, in the Brasília neighborhood, in Arapiraca, Agreste of Alagoas. The victim, identified as Ewerton da Silva Santos, alias Neguinho, was allegedly involved in drug trafficking.

According to information, the man was at the residence where he lived with his wife, mother-in-law and two young daughters, located on Rua Nossa Senhora do Ó, when he was called by name at the gate. When he opened the door, he was surprised and shot.
According to witnesses, the crime was committed by a single, unidentified shooter, who then fled. He was on a white motorcycle and wearing clothing commonly worn by motorcycle taxi drivers, including a helmet.
The victim, on the other hand, tried to flee towards an alley shared with the neighboring residence, but ended up dying before being able to receive care from the Emergency Medical Care Service (Samu), which was called and certified the death.

The Legal Medical Institute (IML) and the Criminalistics Institute (IC) were called to investigate and remove the body.
A garrison from the 3rd BPM was also on site and carried out the appropriate procedures.
